摘要 在工业废水零排放的蒸发浓缩工艺设备中,常用的主要有降膜蒸发器和强制循环蒸发器。文章分析了两种蒸发器的基本原理和技术特征,对两者进行了技术经济、优缺点比较,并提供了两者的适用工况,为相关设计单位和企业提供选型参考。 In the evaporation and concentration process equipment for zero discharge of industrial wastewater,there are mainly falling-film evaporators and forced circulation evaporators.This article analyzed the basic principle and technical characteristics of the two kinds of evaporator,compared the technical economy,advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of evaporator,and provided the applicable working conditions of the two kinds of evaporator,which can provide reference for the selection of relevant design company and enterprise.
