摘要
[目的/意义]分析突发公共卫生事件中“双一流”高校图书馆所展现的信息资源应急服务保障能力。[方法/过程]通过浏览、关注“双一流”高校图书馆主页、微信公众号,收集整理分析其信息资源应急服务保障能力、存在不足、提升策略。[结果/结论]“双一流”高校图书馆在新冠肺炎疫情防控时期所展现的信息资源应急服务保障能力主要表现在信息资源的组织收集能力、服务利用能力、网络服务保障能力三大方面。建议从重视协作共享,加强合作沟通;加强组织领导,注重宣传总结;加强信息素养教育,重视信息素养师资培养三方面进一步提升其信息资源保障能力。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyze the information resources support ability of“Double First-class”university libraries for emergency services in public health emergencies.[Method/process]Through browsing and paying attention to the homepage and WeChat official account of“Double First-class”university libraries the paper collects and analyzes their information resources support ability for emergency services the weakness and their promotion strategy.[Result/conclusion]In this Covid-19 prevention and control period“Double First-class”university libraries mainly shows its emergency service support capability in three aspects of organization and collection ability of information resources service utilization ability and network service guarantee ability.It is supposed to further improve information resources support ability by three aspects of attaching importance to coordination and sharing strengthening cooperation and communication strengthening organization and leadership paying attention to publicity and summary strengthening information literacy education and paying attention to the cultivation of information literacy teachers.
