摘要
目的对于部分性癫痫患者采取奥卡西平单药与联合用药治疗的临床效果进行分析与探讨。方法该次方便选取于该院就诊的部分性癫痫患者作为研究的对象,总例数为58,研究选取的时间区间为2016年11月—2019年4月,将58例部分性癫痫患者按照随机数字表格的方法,分为实验组(n=29例)和参照组(n=29例),其中实验组的部分性癫痫患者接受奥卡西平联合用药进行治疗,参照组的部分性癫痫患者则采取奥卡西平单药进行治疗,分析和比较两组部分性癫痫患者在药物治疗后的临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果接受奥卡西平联合用药物的实验组部分性癫痫患者在治疗后的总有效率为96.55%,接受奥卡西平单药治疗的参照组部分性癫痫患者在治疗后的总有效率为86.21%,相比较来说,实验组患者较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=1.97,P=0.16);与参照组部分性癫痫患者相比,实验组部分性癫痫患者在药物治疗期间的不良反应发生率较低,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=3.29,P=0.07)。结论对于部分性癫痫患者,在实际治疗的过程中可以采取奥卡西平联合用药或奥卡西平单独用药的方法进行治疗,均有显著的效果。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effects of oxcarbazepine monotherapy and combination therapy in some patients with epilepsy.Methods Partial epilepsy patients who came to the hospital for this study were selected as the research object.The total number of cases was 58.The time interval selected for the study was from November 2016 to April 2019.58 patients with partial epilepsy were convenient treated according to the method of random number table is divided into the experimental group(n=29 cases)and the reference group(n=29 cases).Partial epilepsy patients in the experimental group received oxcarbazepine combined therapy,and partial epilepsy patients in the reference group.Then take oxcarbazepine as a single drug for treatment,and analyze and compare the clinical effects and adverse reactions of two groups of patients with partial epilepsy after drug treatment.Results The total effective rate of patients with partial epilepsy in the experimental group receiving oxcarbazepine combined therapy after treatment was 96.55%,and the total effective rate of partial epilepsy in the reference group receiving oxcarbazepine monotherapy after treatment was 86.21%,in comparison,patients in the experimental group were highertt and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=1.97,P=0.16);compared with patients with partial epilepsy in the reference group,patients with partial epilepsy in the experimental group had a lower incidence of adverse reactions during drug treatment,with no Statistical difference(χ^2=3.29,P=0.07).Conclusion For patients with partial epilepsy,oxcarbazepine combined or oxcarbazepine alone can be used in the actual treatment process,which have significant effects.
