摘要
为实现“管住资产、管活资产”的目标,解决军工科研院所设备仪器管理面临的信息化途径受限、设备重复购置、精细化核算及盘点困难等问题,北京航天长征飞行器研究所进行技术和管理创新,研发基于电力线载波技术的设备仪器智能管理系统。该系统可以精确统计设备仪器利用率和能耗数据,通过智能分析,帮助科研院所提升设备仪器利用率,优化采购资金配置,实现节能减排、降本增效。
In order to achieve the goal of"managing assets,revitalizing assets",and to solve the problems faced by the management of equipment and instruments in military research institutes,such as limited information approach,repeated acquisition of equipment,difficulties in calculating utilization and making an inventory,Beijing Institute of Space Long March Vehicle conducts technical and management innovation,develops intelligent instrument management system based on power line communication,and achieves accurate calculation of utilization and energy.By intelligent analysis,the system can help improve equipment utilization,optimize the allocation of funds,conserve energy,reduce emissions and improve efficiency.
