摘要
对镇江市地震应急快速反应系统的设计方法进行了研究,为地震应急反应提供了重要的辅助决策依据。在Android Studio的开发环境下,利用ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android进行开发;基于ArcGIS Runtime for Android 10.2.2中增加的新类Geodatabase,研究并设计了Runtime Geodatabase离线数据库;最终实现了镇江市地震应急快速反应系统的设计与搭建。研究表明,该系统能快速判定地震的危险性、预估地震的破坏和损失,具有移动便携性和离线操作等功能,已成为镇江市开展地震应急反应和震后恢复重建的重要决策辅助工具。
In this paper,we studied the design method of earthquake emergency response system in Zhenjiang City,which could provide decision support basis for earthquake emergency response.Under the Android Studio development environment,we used ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android to carry out this system,and designed an offline database by using Geodatabase,the new class updated in ArcGIS Runtime for Android 10.2.2.Finally,we completed the design and construction of earthquake emergency response system in Zhenjiang City.The results show that this system is able to complete a determination of seismic risk and estimate the damage and loss of the earthquake quickly.The system is easy to carry around,and can operate offline.This system has become an important decision support tool for Zhenjiang City to carry out earthquake emergency response and post earthquake reconstruction.
