一种用于微光探测的四象限探测器设计 被引量:2

摘要 四象限探测器作为一种基于光电效应工作的位置定位器件,可以较准确地定位激光光束中心的位置。介绍了一种用于微弱光束探测的四象限探测器的设计和实现方法,首先对四象限探测器的光斑位置检测原理进行了介绍,然后对该四象限探测器的放大电路、四路同步数据采集处理电路及电源模块的设计实现进行了详细介绍,并在实验室用搭建的测试平台验证了该四象限探测器的性能。实验结果表明该四象限探测器增益5档可调,各档位静态噪声均小于10mV,4个通道一致性较好,具有高分辨率、低静态噪声、装置结构简单等优点,已应用于实际项目,该装置满足项目对光电检测系统的精度需求。 Four quadrant detector is a kind of position device based on photoelectric effect,which can locate the center of laser beam accurately.This paper introduces the design and implementation of a four quadrant detector for shimmer detection.Firstly,the principle of detecting the spot position of the four quadrant detector is introduced.Then,the amplifying circuit of the four quadrant detector and the design and implementation of the four-way synchronous data acquisition and processing circuit and power circuit are introduced in detail.The performance of the four quadrant detector is verified by the test platform in the laboratory.The experimental results show that the gain of the four quadrant detector can be adjusted in five gears,the static noise of each gear is less than 10 mV,the consistency of the four channels is good,with the advantages of high resolution,low static noise,simple device structure,etc.It has been applied to the actual project.The device meets the precision requirements of the photoelectric detection system of the project.
