摘要
对于干部激励问题的研究肇始于20世纪80年代,自2013年后成为学界关注的焦点。相关研究视野不断拓宽,逐步深入,形成了数个研究相对集中的领域,涌现出一批有价值的研究成果,但研究视野和研究方法等仍有不断拓展和改进的必要。梳理已有成果的理论视角和应用研究,对于在今后干部激励研究中创新思维、拓展视角、提高其实践价值等方面都具有积极意义。
The study on how to effectively motivate cadres began in 1980 s and became a research focus soon after 2013. Existing research has built several fields with concentrated research interest and produced some theories with practical value, yet more needs to be done in the terms of the scope and method of such research. Taking this into consideration, this paper reviews the relative academic trends and developments, and analyzes several key points in the future.
