摘要
以浓硝酸和高氯酸(湿法消化)的混合体系对蒙药蓝刺头进行消化,采用原子吸收光谱法测定蓝刺头中Ca、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg 5种微量元素的含量,试验结果显示,各元素的加样回收率96.9%~103.8%之间,RSD在1.5%~4.0%之间,蓝刺头中五种微量元素含量大小的顺序为Ca>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu。为蒙药蓝刺头的综合开发提供了科学依据和理论参考。
The mixture of concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid(wet digestion)was used to digest the Mongolian Medicine Echinops Latifolius Tausch.The contents of five trace elements,including Ca,Cu,Zn,Fe and Mg,in Echinops Latifolius Tausch were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the recovery of each element ranged from 96.9%to 103.8%,RSD ranging from 1.5%to 4.0%.Furthermore,the order of contents of five trace elements in Echinops Latifolius Tausch was:Ca>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu.This study provides scientific basis and theoretical reference for the comprehensive development of Mongolian medicine Echinops Latifolius Tausch.
