摘要
基于船用低速柴油机脱硫系统试验平台,以氧化镁为原料,进行水合制备氢氧化镁试验研究。主要研究了水化温度、水化时间等参数对氧化镁转换成氢氧化镁水化率的影响;通过加入水化剂优化反应条件达到缩短水化周期及提高水化率的目的。试验结果表明:加入水化剂及提高反应温度对氧化镁水化有良好的促进作用。
Based on the experiment platform of the desulfurization system for marine low-speed diesel engine,magnesium oxide was chosen as the raw material to carry out the experiment of preparing magne-sium hydroxide by hydration.The effects of hydration temperature and hydration time on the hydration rate of magnesium oxide to magnesium hydroxide were studied.The addition of hydrated agent can optimize the reaction condition,and realize shorter hydration time and higher hydration rate.The results show that the addition of hydrated agent and the increase of reaction temperature can promote the hydration of magnesium oxide.
