摘要
针对庙沟铁矿现有选矿工艺存在立磨机循环负荷大、磨后品位明显升高、精矿精矿含水量升高等问题,对立磨前后3个点位矿样进行了化学分析、粒度组成分析以及磨矿试验研究,探讨部分矿物提前选出进行精选的可行性。根据矿样粒度组成,将立磨机与旋流器闭路磨矿工艺更改为水力旋流器预先分级、立磨磨后细筛检查分级工艺。实践表明,工艺调整后立磨机循环负荷降低,磨矿中-200目粒级含量未增加的情况下,-400目粒级含量得到了提高,可获得铁品位66.5%以上、含水量小于10%的精矿。
In view of the problems of the existing beneficiation process of Miaogou Iron Mine,such as the large circulation load of vertical mill,obvious increasing of grade after grinding and high water content of concentrate,chemical analysis,particle size composition analysis and grinding test research of three ore samples before and after the opposite mill were carried out,and the feasibility of early selection of some minerals for beneficiation was discussed.According to the particle size composition of ore sample,the closed-circuit grinding process of vertical mill and hydrocyclone is changed into hydrocyclone pre classification and fine screen inspection and classification process after vertical mill.The practice shows the circulation load of the vertical mill is reduced after the process adjustment,The content of-400 mesh is increased on the condition that the content of-200 mesh in the grinding is not increased.And the concentrate with iron grade over 66.5%and water content less than 10%can be obtained.
