摘要
类多晶(堆积)磨料因具有自锐性好、耐磨性高、磨削效率高、生产工艺简单、成本低等优点在磨削加工领域应用越来越广泛。介绍了类多晶磨料发展历程及国内外研究现状,总结了类多晶磨料造粒工艺、高效去除及微破碎机理以及类多晶磨料在抛光垫、砂带及抛光液中的应用,并对类多晶磨料的应用特别是在树脂结合剂砂轮中的应用提出合理建议。
Due to the advantages of good self sharpening,high wear resistance,high grinding efficiency,simple production process and low cost,agglomerate(stacking)abrasives are widely used in the field of grinding.This paper introduced the development process of agglomerate abrasives and the research status at home and abroad,and summarized the granulation process,the efficient removal and micro crushing mechanism of agglomerate abrasives,and its application in polishing pads,abrasive belts and polishing liquid.Some reasonable suggestions were given for the application of polycrystalline like abrasive,especially in resin bonded grinding wheel.
