摘要
目的了解急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者的临床护理效果。方法将我院2017年6月至2018年12月的68例急性脑梗死患者,随机分组,急性脑梗死常规护理服务组给予传统护理,急性脑梗死急诊护理流程组开展急诊护理流程。比较两组满意度;急性脑梗死患者救治全程时间、住院时间、救治配合度;护理前后心理积分以及神经功能水平;后遗症不良事件出现例数。结果急性脑梗死急诊护理流程组满意度、心理积分以及神经功能水平、急性脑梗死患者救治全程时间、住院时间、救治配合度、后遗症不良事件出现例数对比急性脑梗死常规护理服务组有优势,P <0.05。结论急性脑梗死患者实施急诊护理流程效果确切,可有效缩短急性脑梗死患者救治全程时间、住院时间,提高患者的救治配合度,并减少后遗症不良事件的发生率,减轻患者的焦虑情绪以及抑郁情绪,改善患者的神经功能,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To understand the clinical nursing effect of emergency nursing process on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction from June 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: routine nursing service group for acute cerebral infarction and emergency nursing process group for acute cerebral infarction. The satisfaction of the two groups was compared;the whole treatment time, hospitalization time and treatment cooperation degree of patients with acute cerebral infarction;the psychological score and neurological function level before and after nursing;the number of cases of adverse events with sequelae. Results Compared with the routine nursing service group, the emergency nursing process group of acute cerebral infarction had advantages in satisfaction, psychological score and neurological function level, the whole treatment time, hospitalization time, treatment cooperation degree and the number of adverse events of sequelae(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of emergency nursing process in patients with acute cerebral infarction is effective. It can effectively shorten the whole treatment time and hospitalization time of patients with acute cerebral infarction, improve the treatment cooperation degree of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse events of sequelae, reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, improve the neurological function of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services.
