摘要
为给小叶楠(Phoebe microphylla)幼苗的施肥研究提供科学依据,以1年生小叶楠幼苗为材料,采用3414正交试验设计,研究不同施肥处理对小叶楠幼苗生理、光合及养分特性的影响。结果表明,各处理间幼苗叶片的叶绿素、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量均差异极显著,均在N2P2K2处理下表现较好;幼苗的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率对钾均响应较大,最优处理均为N2P2K2;叶片的有机碳含量对氮响应较大;叶片的全氮、全磷和全钾含量分别在26~39、2~3和4.5~7 g/kg时对幼苗的作用最大;氮、磷和钾施肥量较低的处理组,其叶片的全氮、全磷和全钾含量也较低。相关性分析表明,叶绿素含量和全氮含量与叶片全钾含量、可溶性蛋白含量与有机碳含量、气孔导度与净光合速率和蒸腾速率均呈极显著正相关。N2P2K2(3.60 g/株N、0.60 g/株P和1.20 g/株K)为小叶楠幼苗生长发育的最佳施肥组合。
In order to provide scientific basis for fertilization research of Phoebe microphylla seedlings,using 1-year-old P.microphylla seedlings as materials,3414 orthogonal experimenal design was used to study effects of different fertilization treatments on physiological,photosynthetic and nutrient characteristics of P.microphylla seedlings.Results showed that contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein in leaves of seedlings had extremely significant differences among different treatments,which performed better in N2P2K2 treatment.Net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of seedlings responded to potassium greatly,and the optimal treatment was N2P2K2.Organic carbon content of leaves responded to nitrogen greatly.When contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium in leaves were respectively 26-39,2-3 and 4.5-7 g/kg,seedlings had the greatest effect.Treatments with lower fertilization amounts of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium had lower contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in leaves.Correlation analysis showed that chlorophyll content,total nitrogen content had extremely significant positive correlations with total potassium content of leaves.Soluble protein content and organic carbon content had extremely significant positive correlation.Stomatal conductance had extremely significant positive correlation with net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate.N2P2K2(3.60 g/plant N,0.60 g/plant P,1.20 g/plant K)was the best fertilization combination for P.microphylla seedlings growth and development.
