摘要
贵州某磷矿选矿厂a层矿选矿产生的磷尾矿浓缩后的溢流水较为浑浊、泡沫层厚、微细矿物颗粒较多,其溢流水不能回收循环利用。文章对磷尾矿粒度进行了分析并对磷尾矿矿行沉降试验研究,通过采用二次添加絮凝剂的添加方式,能加快a层矿重选尾矿的沉降速度,使溢流水澄清,浊度降低为153 NTU,能够满足生产水质要求。
The overflow water after the concentration of phosphorus-tailings produced by the dressing of the a-layer mine in a phosphate ore concentrator in Guizhou is turbid,the foam layer is thick,with plenty fine mineral particles. The overflow water cannot be recycled. This paper analyzes the particle size of phosphate tailings and studies the sedimentation test of phosphate tailings. By adding flocculants twice,the sedimentation rate of tailings can be accelerated,the overflow water can be clarified and the turbidity is reduced to 153 NTU,which can meet the requirement of production water quality.
