摘要
介绍一种创新型无模脚结构汽车保险杠模具的设计开发,并同步对该方案进行理论校核,该设计方案可以在保证模具强度及韧性的基础上,有效减重注塑模具2 t以上,降低模具高度200 mm以上。对于大型保险杠注塑模具的开发,有着重要的借鉴意义,目前该设计方案已经量产。
The design and development of an innovative injection mold for automobile bumper was introduced and a theoretical check on the scheme was made at the same time.The scheme could effectively reduce the weight of the injection mold more than 2 tons and the height of the mold more than 200 mm on the basis of ensuring the strength and toughness of the mold.It had significance reference on the development of large bumper injection mold and the design had been putted into mass produced.
