摘要
以黄河流域省区为实证区域,在测度区域工业结构转型水平和类型的基础上,探讨地市工业结构转型的时空特征及其对专业化、多样化等空间集聚方式的响应。研究表明:①黄河流域工业结构整体以劳动和资本密集型工业为主导,技术密集型工业比重相对较低。中上游和下游地区的工业结构及转型特征差异显著。②工业结构类型和转型水平在不同地市的差异明显,相同类型城市在空间上呈现集中分布。③工业结构转型水平依城市规模而变化,大城市转型水平高于中小城市。④依据工业结构演变方向,存在连续式、跳跃式、均衡式和逆向式四种转型类型。⑤专业化对工业结构转型的影响不显著,多样化集聚的产业结构更有利于工业结构转型;与非相关多样化相比,相关多样化集聚更有利于区域工业结构的转型。⑥促进工业结构转型,需要推动产业的多样化发展、强化产业间的关联水平,引导技术密集型产业的发展,根据不同地区因地制宜地制定相关转型策略。
Taking the provinces in the Yellow River Basin as empirical areas,this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal characteristics of cities'industrial structure transformation based on the measurement of transformation level and types,and investigates the response of industrial structure transformation to spatial agglomeration patterns.The results are as follows:1)The industrial structure of the Yellow River Basin is dominated by labor-intensive and capital-intensive industries,and the proportion of technology-intensive industries is relatively low.The industrial structure and transformation characteristics between the upper and middle reaches and lower reaches differ significantly.2)The industrial structure type and transformation level of cities are obviously different,and cities of the same kind present centralized distribution characteristic in space.3)The transformation level of industrial structure varies according to the city scale,and the industrial structure transformation level of large cities is higher than that of small and medium-sized cities.4)According to the evolution directions of industrial structure,cities'industrial structure transformation can be divided into four types:continuous transformation,jumping transformation,balanced transformation and reverse transformation.5)The impact of specialization on industrial structure transformation is not significant,and diversified industrial structure is more conducive to structure transformation.Compared with unrelated diversification,related diversification is more beneficial to the transformation of regional industrial structure.6)To promote the transformation of industrial structure,it is necessary to promote the diversified development of industries,strengthen the correlation between industries and guide the development of technology-intensive industries.At the same time,relevant transformation strategies should be formulated according to different regions.
