摘要
高校实验室是在学校或依靠学校的管理下开展人才培养、科学研究、生产制造实验、技术研发等教学工作的重要阵地,是高校实施人才教育培养、科学研究及科技研发的重要保障。针对高校实验室的管理现状,通过剖析高校实验室管理工作中的弊端,提出以实验室安全工作为首,建设虚拟实验室、开放型实验室、共享实验室,以实现分类建设、整合资源,实现资源共享,避免实验室的重复建设等解决思路。提出高校应该培养一支高精尖的实验室管理队伍,保障高校教科研工作顺利开展,为高校实验室的管理提供了新的思路。
The university laboratory is an important position to carry out personnel training,scientific research,production and manufacturing experiments,technological research and development under the management of the school or relying on the school,and it is an important guarantee for the implementation of talent education,scientific research and technological research and development in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the current situation of laboratory management in colleges and universities,and through a profound analysis of the drawbacks of laboratory management in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some solutions,such as the construction of virtual laboratories,open laboratories and shared laboratories,with the priority of laboratory safety work,in order to realize the classification construction,integration of resources,sharing of resources and avoiding the repeated construction of laboratories.It is pointed out that colleges and universities should cultivate a top-notch laboratory management team to ensure the smooth implementation of the university’s teaching and research work,which provides a new way of thinking for the management of university laboratories.
