摘要
以某深孔圆环为研究对象,针对其成形过程凸模磨损的问题,采用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对其成形进行模拟,从金属流线、成形载荷、应力分布等多方面进行分析。结果表明,初始工艺能够完成制件成形,但成形过程中局部材料受到较大的挤压应力,挤内孔成形过程中的局部金属流线较乱、流动阻力较大,导致成形载荷上升、模具磨损加剧。引入锥面成形工位,将初始工艺中的挤内孔工位拆分为锥面成形和圆角填充两个工位。通过模拟和实际试模,验证了改进方案的可行性,成形后的制件表面无折叠、裂纹、刮伤等缺陷,模具寿命得到明显提高,为实际生产提供了指导。
Taking a deep hole ring as object,to solve the wear problem of punch during forming process,the finite element software DEFORM-3 D was used to simulate its forming process.The metal flow line,forming load,distribution of stress,etc were analyzed.The results show that the initial process can completely finish the forming of parts.But,the local materials is subject to larger extrusion stress during the forming process,the local metal flow line is disorderly and the flow resistance is large during the extrusion inner hole forming process,which leads to the increasing of forming load and mold wear.By introducing a taper forming station,the original process was split into a taper forming station and a fillet filling station.Through simulation and actual trial,the feasibility of the improved scheme was verified.There are no defects such as fold,crack and scratch on the surface of parts formed.The service life of mold is significantly improved,which provides guidance for the actual production.
