乡村学校内生性发展的内涵解读与策略建构 被引量:7

摘要 内生性发展理论伴随着全球工业化和城市化的进程产生,其涉及的学科领域和影响力日益扩大,后迁移至农村教育研究领域。乡村学校内生性发展包括主动发展愿望、乡土发展意识、可持续发展追求三个方面。当前,乡村学校存在自主发展动力不足、乡土特色不鲜明、可持续发展能力不够等问题。乡村学校要实现内生性发展,可采取以下策略:重视软环境建设,激发乡村学校的内生发展动力;凸显乡土特色,打造乡村新文化中心;合理利用外源政策,促进可持续发展。 With the development of global industrialization and urbanization,the theory of endogenous development originated,which brought about the expansion of the research field of rural education. In rural education field,endogenous developments include the initiative desire to develop,local development consciousness and the pursuit of sustainable development. At present,the rural schools have the problems of the lack of self-development power,the unsharpness of the local characteristics and the insufficient capacity of the sustainable development. In order to realize the endogenous developments of rural schools,the following strategies can be adopted:attach importance to the construction of soft environment and stimulate the motive force of endogenous developments of rural schools;highlight the local characteristics and build a new rural cultural center;make rational use of foreign policies and promote sustainable development.
