摘要
本研究分别对5例犬类恶性肿瘤进行病理学分析。通过石蜡切片的HE染色及免疫组织化学方法进行病理学诊断及分析。疑似甲状腺癌病犬的病理组织学观察发现甲状腺癌细胞的体积比正常细胞大,存在包膜和血管侵犯。免疫组织化学结果显示TG、Galectin-3阳性,而CT呈免疫阴性,判定肿瘤内甲状腺滤泡癌;疑似恶性神经鞘瘤病犬的病理组织学观察神经组织可见波浪状,梭形细胞界限不清浅染,核细长间深染。免疫组织化学结果显示S-100、波形蛋白、GFAP、NSE和巢蛋白呈较强阳性表达,确诊为恶性外周性神经鞘瘤;疑似脑膜瘤病犬的病理组织学观察发现,脑膜瘤右叶硬膜下增厚,出现巨细胞,核异形、深染,发现小型结节有钙化斑,PSA染色阳性。免疫组织化学结果显示Vim呈较弱阳性表达,S-100呈阳性表达,结蛋白阴性,最后确诊为脑膜瘤(颗粒细胞型);疑似甲状腺癌病犬的病理组织学观察发现甲苯胺蓝染色后呈阴性且CD117、HLA-DR呈阳性表达,初步诊断为造血细胞源性恶性肿瘤;疑似肾母细胞瘤病犬的病理组织学观察发现肺转移组织发现类似胚胎肾小球、肾小管组织。GFAP、NF阴性表达,CD10、CK、Vim和SMA为阳性表达,确诊为肾母细胞瘤。
Five dogs suspected of malignant tumors were analyzed pathologically in this study.Histological identification was performed by HE staining and immunohistochemical methods of paraffin sections.Pathological examination results in the dog with suspected thyroid cancer showed that tumor cells were larger than normal cells,showing invasion of capsule and vascular,and were positive about TG and Galectin-3 immunohistochemistry,negative for CT,and finally diagnosed as follicular thyroid carcinoma.Pathological examination results in the dog with suspected malignant schwannoma disease showed wavy neural tissue,unclear staining of spindle cells,deep staining between slender nuclei.Strong positive expression of S-100,Vim,GFAP,NSE,NES,and finally diagnosed as malignant peripheral nerve schwannoma.Pathological examination results in the dog suspected of meningiomatosis showed that the right lobes of the meningiomas were thickened,the cells were particularly rich and densely packed,giant cells appeared,the nuclei were abnormal and deep stained,and weak negative expression of PSA staining.The vim immunohistochemistry showed weak positive expression,and positive expression of S-100,and DES,GFAP,NSE are negative expression,and were finally diagnosed as meningioma.Pathological ex amination results in the dog with suspected thyroid cancer showed negative of TB staining.CD117 and HLA-DR express positive,and were finally diagnosed as Hematopoietic cell-derived malignant tumor.Pathological examination results in the dog with suspected nephroblastoma showed that the early stage glomerular and renal tubular cells were found from the metastasis tissues of lung.Negative expression of GFAP and NF and positive expression of CD10,CK,Vim and SMA which were finally diagnosed as nephroblastoma.
