摘要
目的探讨与分析氯吡格雷用药所致药品不良反应(ADR)的发生规律及特点,旨在为临床合理用药提供依据。方法通过检索2001年~2018年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库和维普数据库,对所收集的氯吡格雷所致ADR相关文献进行进行统计与分析。结果共检索到78例氯吡格雷所致ADR报道,以男性为主(56例,71.8%),年龄在37~96岁,构成比最高的为61~70岁(30例,38.5%),ADR发生时间较为广泛,其中以用药后2~7 d发生者最多(30例,38.5%),以血液系统损害最为常见(37例,47.4%),其次为出血(14例,14.1%)。结论在进行抗血小板药物治疗过程中,临床医师、患者、药师等应警惕其ADR的发生,加强药物治疗的安全性监测,合理选择联合用药类型实行个体化给药方案。
Objective To explore and analyze the situation and clinical characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by clopidogrel in order to provide rational for clinical rational drug use.Methods Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang databases and Weipu databases were searched for clinical characteristics of ADRs induced by clopidogre from 2001-2018,and collected related case reports were further analyzde statistically.Results Totaled 78 cases were retrieved for analysis on ADRs induced by clopidogrel,among which there were 56 male patients accounting for 71.8%,aged between 37 and 96 years old and the highest composition ratio is 30 patients aged between 61 to 70 years old accounting for 38.5%.ADRs The time of occurrence was relatively wide,with the most cases occurring from 2 to 7 days after administration(30 cases,3 8.5%),with the most common blood system damage(37 cases,47.4%),followed by bleeding(14 cases,14.1%).ADRs occurred in a wide range of time,including 2 to 7 days after administration(30 cases,38.5%),with the most common blood system damage(37 cases,47.4%),followed by bleeding(14 cases,14.1%).Conclusion In the process of antiplatelet therapy,clinicians,patients,pharmacists,etc.should be alert to the occurrence of ADRs,strengthen the safety monitoring of drug treatment,and rationally select the combination type and implementation of individualized drug delivery plan.
