摘要
目的:探讨健康教育在传染病患者护理中的临床应用。方法:将我院90例传染病患者分成研究组与对照组,各45例,对照组患者实施常规传统护理方法,而研究组则在常规护理基础上加以健康教育,将两组患者护理满意度评分、疾病知识认识程度评分与生活质量评分进行比较。结果:研究组患者护理满意度评分与疾病知识认识程度评分以及生活质量评分均要比对照组高,且P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论:健康教育在传染病患者护理中临床应用效果显著,可以有效提高患者护理满意度,改善患者生活质量。
Objective: To explore the clinical application of health education in the nursing of patients with infectious diseases. Methods: 90 patients with infectious diseases in our hospital were divided into study group and control group, 45 patients each, the control group to carry out routine traditional nursing methods, while the study group on the basis of routine nursing to carry out health education, the two groups of patients nursing satisfaction score, disease knowledge recognition score and quality of life score were compared. Results: The scores of nursing satisfaction, knowledge of disease and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with P<0.05. Conclusion: Health education in the care of patients with infectious diseases The effect of clinical application is remarkable, which can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
