我国区域能源效率测度及投入冗余比较 被引量:1

Comparison of regional energy efficiency measurement and input redundancy in China

摘要 深入分析能源资源的投入冗余状况,考察能源效率的区域差异,有利于能源资源投入的有效整合及区域能源效率的提升。采用DEA-BCC模型对我国内陆30个省市区2016年的能源效率进行测算,并对投入冗余进行比较分析,研究结果表明:(1)外界环境对区域能源效率影响程度较大,剔除环境因素及随机扰动项之前的效率值被高估;(2)能源效率的省际差异性较大;(3)存在较为严重的能源投入冗余,剔除环境因素及随机扰动项后零冗余的省市区由11个减少至8个。主要贡献在于计算了各省市区能源投入冗余比例,并依据区域能源效率差异及投入冗余情况提出针对性建议,为今后实现区域能源资源合理配置并提升能源效率提供参考。 An in-depth analysis of the redundancy of energy resources input,examining regional differences in energy efficiency,is conducive to the effective integration of energy resource inputs and the improvement of regional energy efficiency. The DEA-BCC model was used to measure the energy efficiency of 30 provinces and municipalities in China's Mainland in 2016,and a comparative analysis of the input redundancy. The research results show that:①The external environment has a greater influence on regional energy efficiency,and the efficiency value before environmental factors and random disturbance terms are overestimated. ②The inter-provincial differences in energy efficiency are large. ③There is more serious energy input redundancy,and after eliminating environmental factors and random disturbances,the number of provinces and cities with zero redundancy is reduced from 11 to 8. The main contribution is to calculate the ratio of energy input redundancy in various provinces and cities,and to provide targeted suggestions based on regional energy efficiency differences and input redundancy,providing a reference for future reasonable allocation of regional energy resources and improvement of energy efficiency.
