摘要
高校学生党建工作是高校党建的重要组成部分,也是学生思想政治教育的重要载体。青年学生的灵活性可塑性非常强,这使得学生党建与基础党建工作还与之存在差异。思想政治教育功能是高校学生党建工作的重要职能,发挥了积极的作用。"青马工程"启动实施以来,培养了一大批有信仰、有担当的青年马克思主义者,如何优化"青马工程"的培养体系,使"青马工程"在高校发挥强大的育人功能也成为各高校探索实践的重要课题。长春中医药大学党委积极探索"青马工程"党的建设,成立"杏林青马工程"基地党委,下设党支部,经过两年的实践取得了较好的效果,为加强党的领导、提升基层组织力,创新高校党建载体提供了参考依据。
The university students’ Party construction is an integral part of the university Party construction, and is also an important carrier of ideological and political education of students. Young students have very strong flexibility and plasticity, which makes students’ Party construction and basic Party construction still have differences. The function of ideological and political education is an important function of university students’ Party construction and plays a positive role. Since the "Marxist Youth Training Project" was launched, a large number of young Marxists with faith and responsibility have been trained. How to optimize the training system of the "Marxist Youth Training Project" and make the "Marxist Youth Training Project" play a strong educational function in colleges and universities has become an important subject to investigate and practice from colleges and universities. The Party Committee of the Changchun University of Chinese Medicine has actively explored the Party construction of the "Marxist Youth Training Project", and set up the base Party Committee of the "Xinglin Marxist Youth Training Project" with Party branches. After two years of practice, good results have been achieved and provided some reference for strengthening the Party leadership, enhancing the strength of grass-roots organizations and innovating the carrier of the Party construction in colleges and universities.
