摘要
百合是百合科百合属多年生球根花卉,具有较高的观赏价值、食用价值和药用价值。百合由于其本身颜色艳丽、形态优美、花香浓郁等特点使得百合育种工作发展迅猛。目前建立起的百合转化体系普遍存在转化效率低,基因型依赖强,稳定表达困难等问题。本综述概括了近几年百合遗传育种发展现状,对百合遗传转化体系建立、转化效果及转基因应用等成果进行了归纳探讨,指出了百合遗传转化中的问题。同时,简述纳米磁珠的种类性质、转化原理以及纳米磁珠转化法在植物育种中最新进展,展望其在百合育种中发挥的作用。
Lily is a perennial bulb flower of Liliaceae, which has high ornamental value, edible value and medicinal value. Lily breeding has developed rapidly due to its bright color, beautiful shape and rich floral fragrance.The lily transformation system currently established has problems such as low transformation efficiency, strong genotype dependence, and stable expression. The development status of lily genetics and breeding in recent years is summarized. The results of lily genetic transformation system establishment, transformation effect and transgenic application are summarized, and the problems in lily genetic breeding are pointed out. The types and properties of nanomagnetic beads, the principle of transformation and the recent progress of nanomagnetic bead transformation in plant breeding are presented, and their role in lily breeding is expected.
