摘要
研究在非采暖季,机组较低负荷工况下,利用蒸汽引射汇流装置,将对外工业供汽由高排蒸汽供汽改为高排卷吸四抽联合供汽的方案。基于MSP仿真平台,建立引射汇流装置模型,通过修改仿真机模块库变量,将引射汇流装置接入系统,利用仿真机的趋势曲线功能,直观地表示出机组典型经济性指标的变化。结果表明,机组负荷在不低于250 MW时,引射汇流装置节能效果最为明显。
The heat supply renovation was conducted in this paper about shifting heat supply of the exhaust steam from high pressure cylinder of the steam turbine to a combined steam source which is made by injection afflux equipment using the exhaust steam from high pressure cylinder to eject the fourth extracted steam in the non-heating season with the generation unit at low load. Based on the MSP platform, the model of the injection afflux equipment was built and incorporated in the system. By using the trend curve display, the typical economic index of the power generation unit can be seen obviously. It has been proved that energy conservation brought by the injection afflux equipment is most effective when the power load is above 250 MW.
