摘要
目的观察桂枝茯苓丸、金匮肾气丸应用于糖尿病脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月-2019年1月收治的66例糖尿病脑梗死患者,根据治疗方法分为2组,对照组33例给予常规治疗,观察组33例在常规治疗的基础上再给予桂枝茯苓丸、金匮肾气丸治疗。结果治疗前,2组的中医症状积分比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,2组各项积分均明显下降,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(93.94%)优于对照组(81.82%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.604 P=0.000);治疗后,观察组的降糖总有效率为96.97%,明显高于对照组84.85%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.688 P=0.000)。结论糖尿病脑梗死在常规治疗的基础上,加用中药桂枝茯苓丸、金匮肾气丸治疗,有效缓解临床症状,提高临床疗效,具有重要的研究意义。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling pills and Jingui Shenqi pills on diabetic cerebral infarction patients.Method From January 2018 to January 2019,66 patients with diabetic cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were selected for research.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(33 cases)received conventional treatment and the observation group(33 cases)received Guizhi Fuling pills and Jingui Shenqi pills on the basis of conventional treatment.Result Before treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared,and there had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the observation group was superior to the control group,and there had a comparison difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.94%which was better than 81.82%in the control group,and there had a comparative difference(χ^2=12.604 P=0.000).After treatment,the total effective rate of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 96.97%,which was significantly higher than 84.85%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=9.688 P=0.000).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,Guizhi Fuling pills and Jingui Shenqi pills in the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction have important research significance in effectively relieving clinical symptoms and improving clinical effect.
