摘要
团队创业已经成为了主要的创业形式,创业团队如何影响创业绩效也因此成为创业研究的一个重要主题。结合创业团队实践,整合多学科研究,概述创业团队的定义和相关理论依据,从财务绩效、成长绩效和创新绩效来衡量创业绩效。从创业团队异质性和其他要素两方面,整合和分析影响创业绩效的作用机制,补充分析创业团队企业家精神、创业团队契约治理和冲突管理等其他要素对创业绩效的作用机制,最后进行总结和展望。
Team Entrepreneurship has become the main form of entrepreneurship,so how the entrepreneurial team affects the entrepreneurial performance has become an important topic of entrepreneurship research.Based on the practice of entrepreneurial team and multidisciplinary research,this paper summarizes the definition and theoretical basis of entrepreneurial team,and measures entrepreneurial performance from financial performance,growth performance and innovation performance.Integrating and analyzing the mechanism influencing entrepreneurial performance from the perspective of entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and other factors,it also analyzes the mechanism of entrepreneurship,contract governance,conflict management and other factors on entrepreneurial performance.At last,it summarizes and looks forward.
