摘要
学分制是一种新型的教育管理制度,主要以选修课为基础,用学分来对学生的学习进度及学习量进行衡量,是一种弹性教学管理制度,注重的是学生的自主选择和个性化发展。因此,越来越多的高校已经将学分制应用到实际教学管理中,以促进传统教学管理的改革。但是从实际情况来看,在学分制教学管理体制改革过程中依然存在着一些问题,本文对这些问题进行分析,并提出了学分制教学管理体制改革的有效途径,旨在为相关人员提供参考。
The credit system is a new type of education management system,which is mainly based on elective courses to measure students’learning progress and learning volume.It is a flexible teaching management system,focusing on students’independent choice and personalized development.Therefore,more and more colleges and universities have applied the credit system to the actual teaching management to promote the reform of traditional teaching management.But from the actual situation,there are still some problems in the process of the reform of the credit system teaching management system.This paper analyzes these problems,and puts forward the effective ways of the reform of the credit system teaching management system,in order to provide reference for the relevant personnel.
