摘要
主井井塔利用箕斗提升矿物,是矿井生产的重要建筑物。以纳林河二号煤矿主井井塔为例,对其设计过程进行了探讨。首先论述了结构分类和优缺点,确定采用钢筋混凝土外箱内框的结构形式,平面尺寸26 m×21 m,基础采用钢筋混凝土灌注桩,总高度83.5 m。接着从井塔的平面及竖向布置、结构受力分析、基础设计、抗震设计等方面进行了系统的阐述。分析认为,井塔工程首先要满足工艺的提升要求,因为与普通民用高层建筑在使用功能和受力特点上有显著的不同,其设计中还有诸多因素需要做进一步的研究论证。
The main shaft tower is an important building of mine production,which uses skip to lift minerals.Taking the main shaft tower of Nalinhe No.2 coal mine as an example,the design process is discussed.First of all,by analyzing the structure type,advantages and disadvantages of the tower,the structural form of the reinforced concrete outer-box inner-frame is determined.Its plane size is 26 m×21 m,and the foundation adopts reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile with a total height of 83.5 m.Then,the design of the tower is systematically analyzed from the aspects of plane and vertical layout,structural stress,foundation and earthquake resistance.The analysis shows that the tower project should first meet the lifting requirements,because it is significantly different from the common civil high-rise building in use function and stress characteristics,and there are many factors in its design that need further research and demonstration.
