摘要
发展了一种制备石墨烯/金属硫化物纳米片的通用技术,包括石墨烯/硫化锌纳米片、石墨烯/硫化镉纳米片、石墨烯/硫化铜纳米片。并以石墨烯/硫化锌纳米片为研究对象,使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、拉曼光谱(RL)和X光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对样品进行形貌观察和物相分析,并对其光催化性能进行了研究,本通用技术对于研究其他石墨烯/金属硫化物具有重要的借鉴意义。
One general method was developed for the synthesis of graphene-metal sulphide nanoplates,including graphene/ZnS nanoplates,graphene/CdS nanoplates and graphene-CuS nanoplates.As a concept proof,the graphene/ZnS nanoplates were selected as the model to characterize their morphology and phase by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction pattern(XRD),raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).And their photocatalytic activity was tested.This method demonstrated a general approach towards the fabrication of graphene-metal sulphides nanoplates as promising for the photocatalytic fields.
