汽车前轮罩加强梁拉延数值模拟及模具设计

摘要 汽车前轮罩加强梁空间曲面复杂,属于典型的汽车覆盖件.分析汽车前轮罩加强梁的型面特点和成形特点,确定采用复合模具形式将冲孔与修边、整形与修边合并为一道工序进行加工,将简单模具冲压所需的五道工序加工合并为三道工序完成;确定拉延方向和完成压料面设计;选用单动拉延形式作为冲压动作,确定下模具基本结构形式;运用三维建模软件完成模具主体部分凸模、凹模以及压边圈的结构设计工作;从模具受力情况以及模具强度、安全行程等角度综合考虑冲压加工工艺特性,分别完成限位块、安全螺栓及吊耳等模具标准件的选择与排布;最终完成前轮罩加强梁的汽车覆盖件模具结构的设计. The space curved surface of front wheel housing stiffening beams is complex,which is typical of automobile covers.Taking reinforced beam of front wheel housing as an example,through the analysis of the features of the product surface,the appropriate stamping process is found and the numerical simulation of drawing is completed.Five-step procedure needed for simple stamping die is reduced to three steps.Then,drawing direction is determined and design for addendum and binder surface is completed.Single drawing is taken for stamping and then die structures are also decided.The three-dimensional modeling software is used to complete the structural design of the working part of the die using the relevant stamping process theory.The stamping properties are studied from the perspectives of die stress,die strength and safe journey.Based on such characteristics,the selection and arrangement of position limiters,safety bolts,and shackles are made.The die structure of automobile panel of front wheel housing stiffening beams is designed.
