基于Kolb模型的体验式教学法在ICU高职护生带教中的应用 被引量:25

Application of experiential teaching method based on Kolb model in teaching of ICU high vocational school nursing students

摘要 目的探讨体验式教学法在ICU高职护生带教中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2018年6月—2019年6月在同济大学附属第十人民医院ICU实习的80名高职护生为研究对象,按实习时间先后分成两组,2018年6—12月的40名护生为对照组,2019年1—6月的40名护生为观察组,对照组采用常规带教方法,观察组采用体验式教学法。比较带教后两组护生的自主学习能力、护理临床决策能力和护生对教学效果的评价。结果干预后,观察组护生自主学习能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组,两组得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生护理临床决策能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组,两组得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对教学效果的评价各维度得分均高于对照组,两组得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体验式教学法有利于提高ICU高职护生的自主学习能力和护理临床决策能力,培养沟通交流能力、主动性、团队合作精神和护理职业认同感,有效实现了教学目标,提高了临床带教效果。 Objective To explore the application effects of experiential teaching method in teaching of ICU high vocational school nursing students.Methods By the convenient sampling method,a total of 80 high vocational school nursing students who took an internship in ICU of the Tenth People's Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the internship time,the students were divided into two groups.A total of 40 nursing students who took internships from June 2018 to December 2018 were set as the control group while 40 nursing students who took internships from January 2019 to June 2019 were set as the observation group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method while the observation group adopted the experiential teaching method.The autonomous learning ability,nursing clinical decision-making ability and evaluation of teaching effect of nursing students after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the total score and scores of all dimensions of autonomous learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score and scores of all dimensions of nursing clinical decision-making ability in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Scores of all dimensions of evaluation of teaching effect of nursing students in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The experiential teaching method is conducive to improving autonomous learning ability and nursing clinical decision-making ability of ICU high vocational school nursing students,fostering communication skills,initiative,teamwork spirit and nursing professional identity,effectively achieving the teaching goals and improving clinical teaching effects.
