摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,各类新经济、新投资、新消费快速崛起和涌现,倒逼经济社会加快推进数字化进程,特别是受新冠肺炎疫情影响,客户离柜化、远程化、线上化趋势日益明显,对商业银行传统的线下业务经营模式提出了全新考验,商业银行提升线上化经营能力迫在眉睫。论文在全面分析商业银行面临的形势变化基础上,对商业银行开展线上化经营的探索实践进行了总结,进而提出了"三端数字化""四维内容化""全员在线化""保障体系化"的商业银行线上化经营的策略建议。
With the rapid development of information technology,various types of"new economy,new investment and new consumption"are rising and emerging rapidly,forcing the economy and society to accelerate the digitization process.In particular,due to the COVID-19 pandemic,the trend of transferring from counter,remoting,and online are becoming increasingly obvious.It puts forward a new test to the traditional offline business operation model of commercial bank,improving the ability of online management is imminent.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the changes in the commercial bank's environmental situation,this paper researches and summarizes the exploration and practice of commercial bank's online management,and then propose strategic suggestions of carrying out online management in the commercial bank,which is characterized by"three-terminal digitalization","four-dimensional content transformation","all-staff online"and"security systematization".
