摘要
为提升深松铲的使用寿命,在TC4钛合金板表面进行激光熔覆实验,以钴基合金粉末与不同质量分数的AZ91D镁合金混合粉末为熔覆材料,采用Nd:YAG激光加工系统。通过观察熔覆层宏观形貌、检测显微组织和显微硬度,分析不同质量比例的镁钴合金对熔覆层形貌、显微硬度等影响,并用晶格结构理论分析了熔覆层结构机理。试验得知,当镁钴合金粉末的质量比例为1∶300时,取得良好的熔覆效果。结果表明:涂层与基体形成冶金结合,熔覆层显微硬度最高可达862.2 HV,可以提升深松铲的使用寿命。
In order to improve the service life of subsoiler,the laser coating experiment was carried out on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy plate.The mixed powder of cobalt-base alloy powder and AZ91 D magnesium alloy with different mass fraction was used as the coating material,and the Nd:YAG laser processing system was used.The effects of different mass ratios of magnesium-cobalt alloy on the morphology and microhardness of the coating layer were analyzed by observing the macroscopic morphology of the coating layer,measuring the microstructure and microhardness of the coating layer,and the structure mechanism of the coating layer was analyzed by lattice structure theory.The experimental results show that when the ratio of magnesium-cobalt alloy powder is 1∶300,the cladding effect is the best.The results show that there was a good metallurgical bond between coating and substrate.The microhardness of the coating can reach 862.2 HV.the service life of the subsoiler can be improved.
