马来松香与双丙酮丙烯酰胺制备共聚膜的研究 被引量:1

Preparation of a copolymer membrane from maleic rosinate acrylate and diacetone acrylamide

摘要 以双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)为单体、马来松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGMRA)为交联剂,在6063铝合金表面热合成一种共聚膜。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电镜分别对共聚膜的结构及形貌进行表征。结果表明,在6063铝合金表面合成了DAAM与EGMRA的共聚膜,该共聚膜表面小、孔较少,并且更平整。在3.5%NaCl溶液中测试了不同浓度EGMRA合成的共聚膜的电化学性能,结果表明,EGMRA的浓度为0.050~0.075 mol/L时,其腐蚀电流密度降至0.34~0.32μA/cm^2(裸6063铝合金为6.28μA/cm^2),腐蚀电位从-875 V增加到-0.838 V(裸铝合金为-907 V),共聚膜的交流阻抗谱Nyquist图的半圆弧达100~120 kΩ·cm^2(裸铝合金为10 kΩ·cm^2)。因此,DAAM与EGMRA的共聚膜能更好地保护铝合金。 With ethylene glycol maleic rosinate acrylate(EGMRA)as crosslinking agent and diacetone acrylamide(DAAM)as monomer,a copolymer membrane is thermally polymerized on an aluminium alloy 6063.The chemical structure and morphology of the copolymer membrane are examined by Fourier-transform infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscopy,respectively.Results confirm that polydiacetone acrylamide-ethylene glycol maleic rosinate acrylate(PDAAM-EGMRA)copolymer membrane are formed on aluminium alloy 6063,which has less porous and smoother surface.Electrochemical properties of the copolymer membranes made by using different mole ratios of EGMRA are examined in a 3.5 wt%NaCl solution by means of polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.It is found that the corrosion current density of the membrane falls to 0.34-0.32μA·cm-2from 6.28μA·cm-2of bare aluminium alloy 6063,the corrosion potential of the membrane increases from-875 V to-0.838 V while that of bare aluminium alloy 6063 is-907 V,the loop diameters of the copolymer membrane are approximately 100-120 kΩ·cm2 when EGMRA concentration ranges from 0.050 mol·L-1 to 0.075 mol·L-1.It is verified that the prepared PDAAM-EGMRA copolymer membrane can provide more effective protection for aluminium alloy.
