摘要
目的探讨带状疱疹患者血浆中枢神经特异性蛋白(S100-β)表达水平及其临床意义。方法选取2018年6~12月我院新诊断带状疱疹患者100例作为研究对象并纳入带状疱疹组,同期另选取60例健康体检者作为研究对象并纳入对照组。比较两组血浆S100-β表达水平,采用Pearson相关系数分析血浆S100-β表达水平与血浆及疱液水痘-带状疱疹病毒载量的相关性,采用Logistic回归分析血浆S100-β表达水平与带状疱疹后遗神经痛的关系。结果带状疱疹组血浆S100-β表达水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关系数显示,血浆S100-β表达水平与血浆及疱液水痘-带状疱疹病毒载量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,血浆S100-β表达水平是带状疱疹后遗神经痛的独立预测因素。结论血浆S100-β表达水平能用于预测带状疱疹后遗神经痛,还能够进一步为临床制定治疗方案提供参考依据。
Objective To investigate the expression level of plasma CNS specific protein(S100-β)in patients with herpes zoster and its clinical significance.Methods 100 patients newly diagnosed with herpes zoster at our hospital from June to December 2018 were selected as the study objects and included in the herpes zoster group,and 60 healthy examined subjects in the same period were selected as the study objects and included in the control group.The expression level of plasma S100-βwas compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between the expression level of plasma S100-βand the load of varicella-zoster virus in plasma and blister fluid.Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between the expression level of plasma S100-βand the postherpetic neuralgia.Results The expression level of plasma S100-βin the herpes zoster group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the expression level of plasma S100-βwas positively correlated with the load of varicella-zoster virus in plasma and blister fluid(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the expression level of plasma S100-βwas an independent predictor of postherpetic neuralgia.Conclusion The expression level of plasma S100-βcan be used to predict postherpetic neuralgia,and further provide reference for clinical therapeutic regimen.
