摘要
为促进长沙地区猕猴桃产业健康快速发展,本文采用实地调查地区、资料收集整理等方法,对长沙地区猕猴桃产业现状、产品开发与销售情况进行了调查分析。结果表明:长沙地区猕猴桃栽培历史悠久;具有良好的猕猴桃研究与生产发展基础;近年种植面积快速增加,以红阳猕猴桃栽培面积最大;猕猴桃果酒、果脯等加工产品开发较为突出;产品流通快,经济效益高。此外,仍需重视果园基础设施建设,优化产业布局,加强品牌建设与完善营销体系。
In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of kiwifruit industry in Changsha,we investigated and analyzed the industrial development situation of kiwifruit in Changsha with methods as field investigation,data collection and sorting,etc.The survey results showed that Changsha had a long history of kiwifruit cultivation.The favorable foundation of research and production development of kiwifruit in Changsha has established.In recent years,the planting area has been expanding rapidly and the largest area belonged to Hongyang kiwifruit.The development of processed products such as kiwifruit wine,fruit vinegar,and preserved fruit was more prominent.There was smooth product circulation,high product sales prices and good economic returns.However,we still need to strengthen the construction of orchard infrastructure,optimize the industrial distribution,promote the brand building and improve the marketing system.
