矿井巷道快速掘进临时支护设备的结构改进

摘要 通过实地调研分析,对现有临时支护设备的缺陷进行了统计,根据现有常用的悬臂式掘进机施工工艺,研究新型的临时防护支架的结构设计。通过有限元数值模拟分析技术对设计出的新型临时支护支架的关键承重部件进行了受力分析,计算结果表明其结构性能能够满足开采快速掘进的工作要求,提高了掘进开采的工作效率,保障了巷道内围岩的安全稳定性。 Through the field investigation and analysis, the defects of the existing temporary support equipment are counted, and the structural design of the new temporary protective support is studied according to the existing common construction technology of cantilever roadheader. The stress analysis of the key load-bearing parts of the designed new temporary support support is carried out by finite element numerical simulation analysis technology. The calculation results show that its structural performance can meet the working requirements of mining rapid excavation, improve the working efficiency of excavation mining, and ensure the safety and stability of surrounding rock in roadway.
