摘要
针对煤矿井下自动喷雾降尘装置无论浓度高低都会进行喷水降尘的问题,分析一款基于智能控制的喷雾降尘装置。该装置不仅能够实现对矿井浓度的实时监测,还能够根据粉尘浓度分析是否需要进行喷雾降尘或者进行报警处理,从而减少水资源的浪费。
Aiming at the problem that the automatic atomizing dust removal device in underground coal mine will spray water to remove dust regardless of the concentration, a atomizing dust removal device based on intelligent control is designed. The device can not only realize the real-time monitoring of mine concentration, but also can analyze whether it is necessary to spray dust or alarm treatment according to the dust concentration, so as to reduce the waste of water resources.
