摘要
针对内蒙某地区的锌矿进行了系统的浮选试验研究。试验通过粗选进行磨矿细度、水玻璃用量、活化剂用量、捕收剂用量的条件试验,确定了最佳药剂制度;在磨矿细度-0.074mm粒级占56.37%、水玻璃用量500g/t、硫酸铜用量400g/t、丁黄药用量120g/t、2#油用量40g/t的最佳试验条件下,采用一次粗选、两次精选、一次扫选的闭路试验流程,最终可获得锌精矿品位为56.98%,回收率为83.25%的闭路浮选指标。本试验结果为该类矿石的合理选别开发提供了理论依据。
A systematic flotation test was carried out on zinc ore in Inner Mongolia.The best reagent system was determined through the condition test of grinding fineness,water glass dosage,active agent dosage and collector dosage.Under the best test conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm grain size accounting for 56.37%,water glass dosage of 500 g/t,coppersulphate dosage of 400 g/t,butyl xanthate dosage of 120 g/t and 2# oil dosage of 40 g/t,the closed-circuit flotation index with the zinc concentrate grade of 56.98%and the recovery of 83.25%can be obtained by adopting the closed-circuit test process of one stage roughing,two stage cleaning and one stage scavenging.The test results provide a theoretical basis for the rational separation and development of this kind of ore.
