选冶联合工艺处理刚果(金)某铜尾矿试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了采用选-冶联合工艺湿法浸出-浸出渣浮选处理刚果(金)某复杂低品位难处理铜尾矿,考察了常规湿法浸出和硫酸熟化浸出效果。结果表明:在硫酸用量80kg/t矿,熟化时间15~24h,液固体积质量比3/1,常温下浸出90min,机械搅拌速度260r/min条件下,尾矿中铜浸出率为68.10%,氧化铜浸出率为98.11%,钴浸出率53.32%;浸出渣经浮选,精矿铜品位26.35%,钴品位3.74%,金品位5.87g/t;铜回收率74.64%,钴回收率59.88%,金回收率45.05%。采用选-冶联合流程,铜总回收率为92.11%,钴总回收率为81.28%,指标较好。 Study on the treatment of copper mine tailings from a Congo(DRC)tailings pond with complex,low grade and difficult treatment by combined processing and smelting process.That is wet leaching-leaching slag flotation process.The technical conditions of conventional wet leaching and sulfuric acid ripening-leaching were investigated.The results show that:Under the conditions of 80 kg/t amount of sulfuric acid,15~24 hripening time,liquid solid mass ratio L/S=3,normal temperature,90 min leaching time and 260 r/min mechanical stirring,total copper leaching rate is 68.10%,copper oxide leaching rate is 98.11% and cobalt leaching rate is 53.32%.The closed circuit test results of wet leaching slag flotation are as follows:copper concentrate has a copper grade of 26.35%,cobalt grade of 3.74% and gold grade of 5.87 g/t.Copper recovery was 74.64%,cobalt recovery was 59.88%and gold recovery was 45.05%.The total recovery of copper and cobalt was 92.11%and 81.28%respectively.
