摘要
培育职业学校学生综合职业素养需要凝聚学校、企业和家庭的教育合力,全面关照学生在不同场域中的角色成长。遵循"关爱生命成长-关注学习生活-关联职业生涯"这一主线,"校企家"协同确立"学位""工位""餐位""寝位""岗位"等五个教育实践活动的关键点,设计"五位"教育实践活动,建设形成全方位全过程的协同育人机制,引导学生在符合其身心特点和成长规律的实践体验中养成良好的综合职业素养。
The cultivation of comprehensive professional quality of vocational school students should rely on the collaboration of school,enterprise and family,and take full care of students’role growth in different fields.According to the main line of"caring for life growth-paying attention to learning life-relating to career",school,enterprise and family establish five key point of educational practice active in learning position,practice position,eating position,living position and working position,design five different kinds of educational practice actives,form an all-round and whole process collaborative education mechanism to guide students to develop good comprehensive professional quality in the practical experience in line with their physical and mental characteristics and growth law.
