摘要
城市地铁施工场地狭窄且占用时间长,在施工过程中对场地进行动态调整可有效节约土地资源。为避免施工场地动态调节时仅凭经验布置而产生的弊端,提出了一种DSLP动态场地布置法,该方法在传统SLP系统布置法基础上,进行施工阶段划分,确定场地可移动类型。根据各阶段不同作业区之间的综合关系进行方案设计,按照物料搬运成本、施工管理强度以及二次搬运指标进行方案评价,确定阶段相对最优方案,最终将各阶段方案进行串联形成整个施工过程动态规划布置。并将该方法及评价体系应用于长沙轨道交通6号线朝阳村站,大大减小了施工过程中的占地面积,为现场的场地布置提供了有效的指导。
The construction site of urban subway is narrow and takes up a long time.The dynamic adjustment of the site in the construction process can effectively save land resources.In order to avoid the malpractice of the construction site dynamic adjustment only by experience arrangement,a DSLP dynamic site layout planning was proposed.Based on the traditional SLP system layout method,this method divided the construction stages and determined the movable type of the site.According to the comprehensive relationship between different operation areas in each stage,schemes were designed and evaluated according to the material handling cost,construction management intensity and secondary handling index,so as to determine the relative optimal scheme in each stage.Finally,the scheme in each stage were connected in series to form the dynamic planning layout of the whole construction process.The method and evaluation system were applied to Chaoyang village station of Changsha rail transit line 6,which greatly reduced the construction area and provided effective guidance for site layout.
