摘要
本文在综合框架中研究技术标准、技术创新和区域绿色增长之间的关系,利用结构方程模型(SEM)方法,对2016~2018年中国省级数据进行实证研究。结果表明,技术标准对技术创新有显著的促进作用,技术创新对区域绿色增长有显著的推动作用,技术创新是连接技术标准和区域绿色增长的桥梁,虽然技术标准不能直接促进区域绿色增长,但受到技术创新影响的技术标准对区域绿色增长具有积极影响。
This article studies the relationship between technical standards, technological innovation and the regional green growth in a comprehensive framework and uses structural equation modeling(SEM) methods to conduct empirical research on China’s provincial data from 2016 to 2018. The results show that technical standards play a vital role in promoting technological innovation, and technological innovation promotes the regional green growth. Technological innovation is a bridge connecting technical standards and regional green growth. Although technical standards cannot directly promote the regional green growth, technical standards driven by technological innovation have a positive impact on the regional green growth.
