摘要
针对核动力操纵员培养过程中存在的问题,提出了应以培养备战打仗能力为目标指向,构建一个核动力操纵员五维职业素养模型,并借助全范围核动力模拟机训练开展了实践探索。实践结果表明,核动力操纵员的专业技术能力和综合能力素养得到了全方位的培养和提升。
In view of problems existing in the training of nuclear power operators,this paper puts forward the training target aiming at the ability of preparation and combat,for which a five-dimensional professional quality model for nuclear power operators is constructed.The practical exploration is carried out with the help of full scope nuclear power simulator training.The results of practice show that the professional technical ability and comprehensive ability literacy of nuclear power operators have been cultivated and improved in an all-round way.
