摘要
为研究德州驴的生长发育与繁殖规律,实验随机选取出生于2016年的健壮驴驹200头,公、母各半,对出生及3、6、12、24月龄等5个生长阶段的体重与体尺指标(包括体高、体长、胸围、管围、胸深、尻长、尻宽)进行跟踪测量,同时对可能影响母本妊娠周期的因素(包括母驴年龄、繁殖季节、驴驹性别、妊娠类型、驴驹初生重)进行跟踪记录,进行相关性分析。结果表明:公、母驴体重与体尺的生长速度、生长强度均在6月龄之前最高,之后随着月龄增长逐渐降低并趋于稳定;体重与各体尺之间均存在极显著相关性,且与胸围的相关性最高,相关系数分别为0.963(公驴)、0.971(母驴),从而分别建立生长期公、母驴的体重评估方程:y=2.6024x-159.01(r=0.927);y=2.5421x-153.61(r=0.943);繁殖季节对母驴妊娠周期影响极显著,驴驹初生重对母驴妊娠周期影响显著,其余因素对母驴妊娠周期影响不显著。综上所述,0~6月龄是德州驴生长发育的高峰期,应加强此阶段的饲喂管理;胸围与体重相关性最高,可用于评估德州驴的体重;繁殖季节是影响德州驴母驴妊娠周期的重要因素。
The objective of this study was to investigate the growth development and reproduction regulation of Dezhou donkey.In the experiment,100 male and 100 female donkey foals were selected randomly which born in 2016,the live weight and body sizes including height at withers,body length,heart girth,cannon circumference,chest depth,rump length,rump width were measured from birth up to 24 months;As well as factors including female donkeys age,breeding season,foal gender,gestation type,birth weight which may affect the gestation length of their mothers were recorded.Correlation analysis was performed by SPSS22.0 software.The results showed that the growth rate and intensity of live weight and body sizes of male and female donkeys were all the highest before 6 months,then gradually decreased.The correlation relationship between live weight and body sizes were all extremely significant(P<0.01).The correlation coefficients between live weight and heart girth were all the highest for male and female donkeys,which were 0.963 and 0.971,respectively;The regression equations of two estimated live weight were obtained,for male donkeys y=2.6024 x-159.01(r=0.927);for female donkeys y=2.5421x-153.61(r=0.943).The breeding season had an extremely significant effect on the gestation length(P<0.01),the foal birth weight had a significant effect on the gestation length(P<0.05).Therefore,the feeding management should be strengthened from birth to 6 months for Dezhou donkey,heart girth could be used to estimate the live weight roughly,and breeding season is an important factor affecting the gestation length of Dezhou donkey.
