摘要
结合能源互联网下综合能源系统评价的特点,从能源的生产环节、输配环节、消费环节3个维度,建立相应的评价指标体系,同时基于博弈理论确定指标权重,并利用证据理论融合统计周期内多条评价结果,避免暂态与非稳态等工况的影响以提升评价结果的信度,形成基于博弈与证据理论的综合能源系统评价方法。最后,以某园区为对象评估该区域综合能源系统的运行水平,验证了所提方法的实用性与有效性。
Combined with the characteristics of the integrated energy system evaluation under energy internet,the corresponding evaluation index system is established from three dimensions of production,distribution and consumption. At the same time,the index weight is determined based on game theory,and statistical evidence theory is used to fuse multiple evaluation results,avoid the influence of the transient and non-steady state conditions to improve the reliability of evaluation results,the integrated energy system is formed based on game theory and evidence theory. Finally,taking certain park as an object to evaluate the operation level of comprehensive energy system in this area,the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation system and evaluation method are verified.
