摘要
现有大型机械设备实时监测方法存在泛化误差较大的问题,为此提出基于PLC控制的大型机械设备实时监测方法。通过采集振动信号、信号分析,实现大型机械设备实时监测;经对比验证,对比本文方法与传统监测方法,监测该车间大型机械设备的泛化误差率,证明基于PLC控制的大型机械设备实时监测方法的有效性。
The existing real-time monitoring methods of large-scale mechanical equipment have the problem of large generalization error.Therefore,a real-time monitoring method of large-scale mechanical equipment based on PLC control is proposed.Through the acquisition of vibration signals,signal analysis,the real-time monitoring of large-scale mechanical equipment is realized;through comparison and verification,the method proposed in this paper is compared with the traditional monitoring method to monitor the generalized error rate of large-scale mechanical equipment in the workshop,which proves the effectiveness of the real-time monitoring method of large-scale mechanical equipment based on PLC control.
