摘要
化工行业作为中国的支柱性产业,在我国的经济发展中占有重要地位,但是由于化工生产的风险性较大,所产生的工业废物种类较多,使其对环境产生了巨大的影响,随着人们对化工行业污染物质处理的关注增加,我国在对化工行业的环保准入方面制定的门槛也越来越高。本文将在化工企业项目环评审批的基础上,对化工项目环评审批原则进行全面分析,然后对项目环评的关注重点进行系统阐述。
As a pillar industry in China,the chemical industry occupies an important position in China’s economic development.However,due to the relatively high risk of chemical production and the variety of industrial waste generated,it has a huge impact on the environment.As people’s concerns about the disposal of pollutants in the chemical industry increase,China’s threshold for environmental protection in the chemical industry has also become higher and higher.Based on the environmental impact assessment approval of chemical companies,this paper will comprehensively analyze the principles of environmental impact assessment approval for chemical projects,and then systematically explain the focus of project environmental impact assessment.
